For buyers that used the Free Shipping Discount in their checkout with a minimum spend of RM15, their orders are eligible for a subsidy of up to RM5.00 for West Malaysia & RM8.00 for Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan.

Take note that the shipping subsidy may be subject to changes. Buyer must utilise the Free Shipping Discount when they check out their order to enjoy such shipping rebates.

If the shipping fee exceeds the capped subsidy, the remaining fees will be borne by the buyer.

The shipping fee shown in Shopee is automatically calculated based on the product weight and product dimensions that are inputted by the seller in the Seller Centre. 

Volumetric weight is calculated based on this formula: Volumetric weight = Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm)/5000*

💡 Tips for sellers: 

*For sellers, please make sure you update the weight correctly to prevent the deduction of your final payout due to differences between actual shipping fees charged with the estimated shipping fees charged during the buyer's checkout.
